On The Level Floor Covering & Home Improvements provides various professional flooring services, such as hardwood flooring installation and repair, tile work, and interior finish carpentry. Our service areas in Massachusetts include West Springfield, Chicopee, Easthampton, Amherst, Holyoke, Northampton, Southampton, and Hadley. Here’s a brief guide on what to do when you’re interested in getting our services and what you can expect from us:
Give us a call at (413) 241-7070 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll return to you promptly. We will be happy to assist you with your queries and advise you on whatever flooring project you’re planning.
There may be underlying problems with your floors that may require a more extensive or intensive project. Owners Mike or Mark will come to your home to give a free estimate on the work you’d like done. It is only after seeing and closely inspecting the project site that we can provide an accurate quote.
In other cases, we can also recommend additional services or alternative materials that can affect the total price of the remodel. We will outline all the services you need or want and give you an estimate of how much everything would cost. We can also give you an idea of what the results will be like.
Once you decide we’re the right fit, we will submit a contract detailing the work to be performed and specifying the price agreed upon. The contract will also include the work schedule. You will then be asked to sign this contract and make the deposit.
A signed contract and deposit put you, the homeowner, in our schedule. When we arrive (and we will do so on time), we will do all the prep work and start right away. We will work efficiently to complete the project within the approved deadline and leave the project site spotless.
We give our customers realistic expectations on the final product and the time involved. We are committed to providing quality services using the best materials, keeping costs within your budget, and maximizing our expertise in design and construction. Call us today for further inquiries.
